Acrylic- and Rubber- Based Adhesives/Double-Coated Tapes

MED 3044

A 3.0 mil clear polyethylene film coated on both sides with a nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a polyethylene coated kraft liner.

Clear film, conformable to curved areas of the body. Adheres to many foams, films and nonwovens for design and converting flexibility.

Designed for mounting medical devices and other appliances to human skin for sustained periods. Commonly used for mounting hairpieces.

MED 6000

A 3.0 mil clear polyethylene film coated on both sides with a nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a densified kraft release liner coated on both sides with a silicone release coating.

Clear film conformable to curved areas of the body. Heavier liner provides greater converting flexibility. Provides excellent "quick stick" and adhesion to a variety of nonwoven and film substrates.

Specifically engineered for use in fabricating surgical drape products. Excellent for applications where improved adhesion is required.

* Products identified with an asterisk are produced in full adhesive width only. Due to their aggressive adhesion, we recommend ungummed edges for slitting. Contact Avery Dennison for information on pattern coating instruction. Pattern coated products are subject to custom coat minimums.
