Acrylic-Based Adhesives/Single-Coated Film Tapes

Product
Description
Features
Use**
A 1.0 mil transparent polyurethane film coated on one side with a nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a densified semi-bleached kraft liner.
Soft, pliable film provides a high degree of user comfort on most body surfaces. Transparency permits wound visibility with fewer dressing changes allowing less disturbance to the healing surface. Acts as a bacterial barrier with a high moisture vapor transmission rate.
Designed for wound care applications, IV placements, and situations requiring high MVTR, transparency and sustained periods of wear. Excellent for use on diaphoretic patients.
A 1.0 mil transparent cast co-polyester film coated on one side with a non-sensitizing acrylic adhesive. The film is supported by a casting sheet; the adhesive is protected by a densified, semi-bleached kraft release liner.
Soft, pliable film provides a high degree of user comfort on most body surfaces. Transparency permits wound visibility with fewer dressing changes allowing less disturbance to the healing surface. Acts as a bacterial barrier with a high moisture vapor transmission rate. Casting sheet provides easier handling and application.
Designed for wound care applications. IV placements and situations requiring high MVTR, transparency and sustained periods of wear. Excellent for use on pediatric and diaphoretic patients.
Transparent film for wound visibility. Casting sheet enhances ease of use. Soft, gentle, highly breathable adhesive acts as a bacterial barrier with EXTREMELY HIGH MVTR.
Designed for wound care applications. IV placements and situations requiring high MVTR, transparency and sustained periods of wear.
A 2.0 mil transparent polyurethane film coated on one side with an nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a densified semi- bleached kraft release liner
Soft, pliable non-glare film provides a high degree of user comfort on most body surfaces. Transparency permits wound visibility with fewer dressing changes allowing less disturbance to the healing surface. Acts as a bacterial barrier with moderate MVTR. Film gauge allows for easy handling.
Designed for wound care applications. IV placements and situations requiring bacterial barrier, transparency and sustained periods of wear. Excellent for use on pediatric and diaphoretic patients.
A 3.0 mil clear polyethylene film coated on one side with a nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a densified kraft release liner.
Clear polyethylene facestock provides conformability and improved device performance.
A multipurpose film suitable for use as a surgical tape and in the fabrication of medical devices.
A 2.0 mil polyester film/foil laminate coated on one side with an adhesive system that bonds very well to medical foams. The adhesive is protected by a densified semi-bleached kraft release liner.
Comformable laminate, stable and aggressive adhesive system, easy to die cut and release from liner.
Designed for bonding foam for medical devices where high strength is required.
A 3.0 mil tan colored vinyl film coated on one side with a nonsensitizing acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a densified kraft release liner.
Conformable and comfortable to wear. Tan color reduces device visibility. Firm, stable adhesive with densified kraft liner die cuts cleanly.
Designed as a bandage film. Also, widely used to mount transdermal drugs, electromedical, ostomy and other devices to human skin for sustained periods.
A single coated 1 mil polyurethane film with 18 mils of hydrocolloid adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a polycoated release liner coated on both sides with a silicone release coating.
Highly absorbent, will not break down upon saturation, no animal derived components. Controlled
cold flow. Can be gamma or E-beam sterilized.
Designed for wound care, ostomy and fixation of medical devices.
A single coated 1 mil polyurethane film with 39 mils of hydrocolloid adhesive.
